Crowns & Bridges

Our Boca Raton Dental Services include Crowns, Bridges, and other Cosmetic options. Crowns are full coverage cosmetic restorations that  cover a tooth that may possibly break, or is too weakened for a long term filling.  They are typically done after root canal treatment, or done to try and avoid a root canal if the tooth is too damaged.   Teeth are subject to tremendous pressures over a lifetime, so many teeth eventually end up with crowns and may help protect the tooth from breaking further.  A broken or cracked tooth could be painful and require Emergency dental care that could make treatment more complex, painful, and costly. Crowns may help prevent this and provide a tooth colored dental option.  Call our Boca Raton Dental Office at  (561) 391-3337  if you have any questions or concerns.

Dentures & Cosmetic Partials

There are many different types of partials and dentures, however they all share a common purpose.  They replace teeth that have been lost because of bone loss, caries, or infection.   Our Boca Raton Dental Service includes Dentures and most other dental options.  To learn more about these options, as well as other dental options available, please call us for a consultation with our Boca Raton Dentist.

A Dental  Implant is a modern way to replace a missing tooth.  Implants are placed under the gum where a tooth has been lost and a crown is placed above it.   Once the implant is placed, the Periodontist and Dentist will restore the Implant or implants with either a crown, bridge, or overdenture.  Call us to learn more!

Our Periodontist in Boca Raton also provides mini dental implants.  These tiny implants are half the size, and cost of a traditional implant and are used primarily to stabilize loose dentures.  These implants will be placed in one appointment and often used immediately.

Root Canal Treatment

Our Boca Raton Dental Service also offers Root Canal Treatment, Endodontics, and Apicoectomies.  At times, caries, accidents, trauma or failing restorations can cause damage to the nerve to the point where it needs a Root Canal.   This rarely hurts initially, but with time, the pulp becomes infected and the tooth may begin to hurt.   When the pulp is infected it must be treated as it will not heal on its own and may even lead to an abcess.  Some symptoms that the pulp is affected include sensitivity to cold, hot, sweet sensitivity, pain, swelling, and a bad taste in the mouth.  At times, no symptoms is seen and the person is unaware of any issue until a dental checkup.  Our Boca Raton Endodontist can handle your dental emergency and advise you as to your options.

Bridges are an option of filling the space caused by a missing tooth.   A bridge can replace a missing tooth and look quite natural and be quite comfortable.  Call us to discuss if this type of option is right for you.

Our practice offers Invisalign.  Invisalign is a set of clear retainers that move teeth slowly and correct crowded teeth without the use of Braces or wires.  Invisalign is the clear alternative to conventional braces.  With Invisalign your teeth will move slowly until they have moved to the final position to achieve your best smile.
